SALES TAX 

Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within New York State at the appropriate rate for your county.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you would like to return a purchase you have fourteen days from receipt of the order to do so.  You can return any purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit provided your purchase is in original, unopened  and unused condition. Please follow the steps below to process a return.

1. Please contact us at hello@elleKME.com to discuss the details of your return. 

2. Please place a copy of your order with your name, address and email address in the box that is being returned so we can properly identify the return upon receipt.

3. Please retain your shipping receipt until you have been credited for the return so you can track it with your shipping carrier in the event we don't receive it.

4. We will process your return upon receipt and will notify you via email once your refund, replacement or credit has been issued.  Refunds will be credited to the original payment method no later than ten working days after we receive the goods.  Please note return delivery charges are non-refundable unless authorized by a custom service representative.
